Lisa Freeman

DSC_7742_pp.jpg

With over 30 successful years in the interior design and decorating industry in Ontario, Lisa and her husband Lee packed up and headed east to Souris PEI in 2016. They spent many summers in the Maritimes and fell in love with the beaches and the Town of Souris.

Decorating, design and art go hand in hand. She custom paints murals for children's rooms, designs custom vintage jewelry from local seaglass and recently started working with wool felting. Working with wool allows her love for colour and texture to run amuck. The wool is all from PEI and her technique is needle felting. Her current work features land and seascapes inspired by this beautiful Island. One advantage or working with wool is the flexibility of it and allows her to blend the colours providing limitless creative freedom.
